Join us for the launch of the Delaware Restaurant Association's NEW Women of Hospitality Leadership Accelerator! Taking place during Women's History Month, this special, in-person event celebrates women who are making waves in the hospitality industry and the launch of the first ever Women of Hospitality Leadership Accelerator, a pilot leadership development initiative hosted by the Delaware Restaurant Association.

This 6-month program will bring 5 women of hospitality through a custom leadership development journey; by pairing them with a leadership coach, local/national industry mentors & connections, taking them to workshops, sessions & curated trips to enhance their professional and personal development goals, and ending the program at the 5th Annual Women of Hospitality Conference, where they will graduate & be awarded with a leadership certificate for graduating and completing the program! 

For Women's History Month & in honor of the Women of Hospitality Leadership Accelerator, we're launching the She Means Business brew - special for the month of March! Come out & support and bring your friends and female leaders of hospitality for a special night with a cheers to the badass women of Delaware's restaurant industry!
