• Samba Amburana is a special release featuring a four-malt blend of our whiskey which was aged in American White Oak barrels for four years and then finished on Amburana or Brazilian Oak Wood. The Amburana wood adds notes of cinnamon, ginger, licorice, and peat that complement the complex paky, caramel flavor profile of our perfectly aged whiskey. Explore the goodness of this whiskey as neat pour, over ice or as a unique base for your favorite whiskey cocktail. Available at both Dogfish Head Milton Brewery and the emPOURium in Rehoboth.

• Join us for “Bonus Tracks Music Chat & Whiskey Tasting” with Dogfish Head founder Sam Calagione and Head Distiller Darren Bobby. We’ll be hanging out within the depths of the Dogfish Head Milton Brewery and joining Sam and Darren as they chat all things whiskey, music, and all the intersections in between. The sampling flight includes Alternate Takes 4, Let’s Get Lost and Samba Amburana whiskeys. We’ll also be sampling a special cocktail featuring Samba Amburana! • Folk-punk band The Dreadnoughts are gracing not one but TWO of our Dogfish Head locations as our headlining music on Saturday, Apr. 20! For fifteen years and counting, The Dreadnoughts have been blending punk rock and European folk traditions. They’ll be kicking off Saturday with an acoustic set from 5-6pm at the Dogfish Head Milton Brewery, and then rockin’ the stage at Brewings & Eats from 9-11pm. Both shows are free, so come on out!
