Salt & Pepper Cup with Whole Leaf Gin

3 cucumber slices
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin

Muddle cucumbers; add wet ingredients, shake with LIGHT ICE and dump into rocks glass. Top with fresh ice and garnish with cucumber slices. Top with salt and fresh cracked pepper.
