Course 1: Wood Fired Artichoke- Parmesan & Garlic Bread Crumb, Confit Garlic Sauce paired with Covered In Nuggs & Angry Orchard- Bud Break

Course 2: Roasted Oysters- Chorizo & Roasted Apple, Pickled Ramp, Beer Malt Vinegar Aioli paired with Super Dank West Coast IPA 7 & Angry Orchard- Newtown Pippin Traditional Method

Course 3: Seared Red Snapper- Brown butter roasted ricotta gnocchi, Seasonal Vegetables, Garlic Scape Pesto paired with Covered In Nuggs Cask & Angry Orchard X Dogfish Head, Hoppy Cider Collab

Course 4: Dirt Cake- Leche soaked chocolate cake, Espresso Mousse, Cookie Crumble, Hazelnut Powder paired with Oak-Aged Black Tag & Angry Orchard- Pommeau

Folk-punk band The Dreadnoughts are gracing not one but TWO of our Dogfish Head locations as our headlining music on Saturday April 20! For fifteen years and counting, The Dreadnoughts have been blending punk rock and European folk traditions. They’ll be kicking off Saturday with an acoustic set from 5 - 6 p.m. at the Dogfish Head Milton Brewery, and then rockin’ the stage at Brewings & Eats from 9 - 11 p.m. Both shows are free, so come on out!

It's time to get your singing voice ready and come rock karaoke at Brewings & Eats every other Wednesday from 7 - 9 p.m.! The Nick Kashmanian Trio provides the instrumentals while you belt it out with the band on stage. It wouldn’t be a music month celebration without our friends at WXPN! Playing Philly’s favorite rock hits, WXPN has been a long-standing partner of Dogfish Head and this year we’re joining forces to host a collaborative weekend in coastal Delaware Apr. 26 – 28! With WXPN’s favorite artists gracing all our Dogfish Head stages, this weekend includes a super epic performance by Rhett Miller of the Old 97’s and a special Fireside Chat with Rhett, WXPN and Dogfish founder Sam Calagione. It’s a weekend that’s sure to scratch the music itch!

After the fireside chat at the Inn, head on over to Brewings & Eats for live music! Rhett Miller of the Old 97’s will be taking the stage from 9 - 11 p.m. for a free show hosted by WXPN Midday host Mike Vasilikos!

Mike Burris is a singer-songwriter and guitar player based in Charlottesville, VA. Burris describes his music as “country tinged roots rock” with a nod to Texas blues and a good pop hook. His music tends to resonate with fans of John Hiatt, Tom Petty, James McMurtry, and Jason Isbell. Burris plays throughout the Mid-Atlantic region in his 5-piece electric band, a smaller acoustic trio, and as a solo performer.

Grant Bryan, a singer/song writer born and raised in Central Pennsylvania with Southern Roots in Tennessee, will be performing from 9 - 11 p.m. Grant draws his musical influence from his past, along with the the music he grew up on, varying from different artists from the 90s country era and a blend of classic rock.

Alex Cano, a rock / americana artist from the Hudson Valley, will be performing from 9 - 11 p.m. Known for his combination of smooth baritone and powerful rock vocals, Cano's sound ranges from high energy alternative and blues based rock ‘n’ roll, to intimate Americana/folk/roots rock.

We’re really going to set the tone for this year’s Analog-A-Go-Go, by kicking off our live music for the weekend with the INCREDIBLE Clap Your Hands Say Yeah!! This indie-rock sensation from Philadelphia has toured with The National, Dr. Dog, and Architecture In Helsinki , and appeared at festivals such as Lollapalooza, Coachella, and Bonnaroo. They’ve been selling out shows across Europe over the last few months, but you can see them FOR FREE on the brewpub stage on Friday, June 7.
