Bright amber gold with subtle foral and lime aromas. Floral and prominent lime flavors with bright acidity and a honey forward yet dry finish

A bottled version of Hari Cameron’s winning cocktail creation, using our bright & citrusy Compelling Gin as its base, we brew a custom tea of loomi limes, rose petals, simcoe hops, lactose and locally harvested sea salt, drawn from the Atlantic 20 miles from the coast, then lightly sweeten with wildflower honey.

Dogfish Head Distilling hosted its first Off-Centered Cocktail Competition at Chesapeake & Maine where local bartenders competed for the most original cocktail creation featuring Dogfish Head spirits. The grand prize: winning bartender work with Dogfish Head distiller & mixologist to translate the recipe for single cocktail into shelf-stable bottled cocktail.

This was a limited edition bottled cocktail that was available during the summer of 2018. While there aren't any current plans of bringing this one back ... never say never!
