Hey people! It's Wednesday. A hurricane is looming off our shores, it's hot as hell but still, things feel great! The Bam Bam Baji is ready to roll and is pouring as of ten minutes ago. It's smooth and creamy, rightly bitter, earthy, fruity, and wicked drinkable....

Pub brewing is in full effect! Chicha is in the finishing stages of conditioning and will be ready to go on Friday the 3rd. It is quite a departure from last year and MUST be experienced. It's dry. It's spicy....

I LOVE my Dogfish, and happily spend my money at the local carrier (TG it's my fav groc spot) But I have a serious case of the GREEN and means.... Visited my parents in south central PA, went to the better package store in Hagerstown MD......

Here is one of many..... While in Crested Butte, CO in 2010 I went into a market to get a beer or two or three or more. The shelf seemed limited but I decided on something less than quality craft brewed....

Fermentation time and Final Gravity problems

I brewed up a batch of the Wild Flower Wheat that is found in the back of Sams book, Extreme Brewing. Everything was done perfectly the only exception is I could not find any Vangaurd Hops and used Saaz hops....
