Wit IPA
A Belgian White IPA brewed with Sorachi Ace hops, lemon peels, lemon grass and fresh ground coriander. Brewed at Iron Hill Wilmington with the help of all the brewers from the newly formed Delaware Brewers Guild for the inagural Brews By The Bay on June 30, 2012.
At the time of this brew, members of the Delaware Brewers Guild included: Dogfish Head, Fordham/Dominion Brewing, Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, 16 Mile, Stewarts and Twin Lakes Brewing Co.
Wit IPA goes on tap at noon on 7/4/2012 and will be available until it is gone.
