Originally brewed in 2009 and served on nitrogen, this Rye Beer is making a return appearance in August of 2010!
Concieved and brewed by our pub GM Jason, Ryehoboth is a sunburst orange brew has a creamy head and mouthfeel. The Rye lends a smooth dry character and is accented by the sublte hop bitteness. Very refreshing! Get it while you can....
The 2010 version will be served on CO2 to allow the coriander and orange peel a better opportunity to be present in the finish. We also used Southern Cross and whole leaf Galena hops this time around.
Ryehoboth will be tapped at noon on 8/4/2010 and will be available til it is gone!
