Join us with our friends at Eataly Downtown as we sip and savor our way into Spring with a 3-course prosciutto-themed meal, pairing each course with a Dogfish Head craft brew!  Begin the evening by delving into the history and production of Prosciutto di Parma accompanied by an antipasto of prosciutto-wrapped scallops. Next, whip up a prosciutto ricotta filling to stuff ravioli to be enjoyed as your second course. Lastly, indulge in a special dessert featuring, yup you guessed it, prosciutto. During this dinner we'll be joined by members of the Dogfish Head team who will sip, chat, and eat with guests. In this class, guests will:

  • Observe Foodiversità Professor Ryan demonstrate how to create prosciutto-stuffed ravioli
  • Take part in a hands-on activity: how to make fresh pasta and fill ravioli
  • Enjoy 3 courses featuring Prosciutto di Parma
  • Enjoy 3 Dogfish Head beers, each selected by Dogfish Head & Eataly chefs to complement each course
  • Take home menus, beer tasting notes, and adapted recipes to practice at home
