At Chesapeake & Maine, we're celerbating with a delicious, four-course meal! Here’s what to expect!
Four courses with Amuse: $60 per person
Four courses with Amuse and beer pairings: $65 per person
Four courses with Amuse and your choice of wine OR cocktail pairings: $70 per person
Amuse: Oyster on the half shell with sherry caviar and micro arugula served on a bed of frozen rock salt
Course 1: Bacon-wrapped scallops over a roasted Brussel slaw with a sage and brown sugar glaze
Course 2: Your choice of house-made Italian wedding soup OR an avocado persimmon caprese salad with a basil balsamic vinaigrette and a toasted baguette
Course 3: Your choice of prime rib with Casselman cheddar mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus OR a crab imperial-stuffed fresh catch of fish with roasted Brussel hash and red pepper coulis
Course 4: C&M’s off-centered take on the classic Baked Alaska

And to accompany your meal, we’ll have live jazz music by James Alvin Pender and Derek Robinson from 7-10 p.m. Playing an assortment of smooth jazz and soul classics, this duo’s sure to entertain!
But that’s not all, folks … the party is just starting!
Next door at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats, we'll be rockin' out all night long with a boatload of live music! From 6-8 p.m., Ginger – a local, guitar and vocal duo – will take the stage. Known for their simple, clean and beautiful covers, this group performs everything from 60s tunes to today's top hits!
Later that night, we'll be sipping on some off-centered ales and counting down the minutes until 2019 with live music by Lower Case Blues. A guitar-driven blues and roots trio, they're stealing the spotlight at 10 p.m. No cover!
