Awe, c'mon ... it's Au Courant! Released only once back in 2004, we reimagined this throwback brew into a 7% ABV fruited, kettle soured Belgian-style Ale using German Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts and black currant puree. It was kettle soured with our house-grown lactobacillus blend and then fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Brewed to benefit CAMP Rehoboth, Au Courant will be available in 16 oz. cans for $17 per 4-pack from our Off-Centered emPOURium in Rehoboth, and on draft in Brewings & Eats starting on Wednesday, October 20 at 12 p.m..
