We are still offering Curbside Pick-Up from the Dogfish Head Tasting Room & Kitchen! Check out the FAQ's below for more information, and a link to order your favorite off-centered ales and spirits!

Q: What days and times will curbside pick-up be available?

A: Our Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen will be open for curbside pick-up Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12-5 p.m.

Q: What items will be available for curbside pick-up?

A: Upon the launch of curbside pick-up, folks can choose from a slew of our pre-packaged beer and spirits, as well as growlers and crowlers fills of our draft beers. Please note – we cannot refill growlers at this time.

Q: How can you place an order for curbside pick-up?

A: All orders must be placed and paid for through our online ordering platform – https://dogfishmilton.alohaorderonline.com/.

Q: How exactly does curbside pick-up work?

A: We are proud to share that our curbside pick-up process is completely touchless. Folks will place and pay for all curbside pick-up orders through our online ordering platform – https://dogfishmilton.alohaorderonline.com/. Within that platform, you will also be asked to enter your vehicle’s information. Outside the brewery, we will have parking spaces reserved for curbside pick-up. Upon your arrival, please pop your trunk and have your ID ready – a co-worker will check your ID with a touchless scanner and place your order directly in your trunk.

Q: Can we enjoy our curbside pick-up items at your picnic tables/in your outdoor area?

A: After picking up their beer and spirits, we ask that you please exit our Milton campus, as we will be actively preparing our space and co-workers for the reopening of the Tasting Room & Kitchen.

Q: Can Off-Centered Society members use their membership for curbside pick-up orders?

A: You betcha! When you arrive to pick up your order, let the co-worker helping you know you are an Off-Centered Society member and they will assist you with adding points or using any rewards.

Q: Will curbside pick-up continue once the Tasting Room & Kitchen in open for in-space service?

A: Yes. To best serve the greatest number of our off-centered fans, we will continue offering curbside pick-up once we are open for in-space service.

Q: Can Off-Centered Society members earn points through Curbside Pick-Up orders?

A: Yes! You will see a Loyalty tab on the Curbside Pick-Up platform. Simply enter your loyalty number or your phone number in the box that pops up, and we will add your points! If you have any coupons to use, you can enter them in that field as well.


In-Space Service:

Q: When will your Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen reopen for in-space service?

A: We are excited to share that on Monday, June 15, we can begin welcoming folks – by reservation only – back to our Tasting Room & Kitchen. Please note that our indoor seating is very limited so in the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to honor all reservations. Please note that reservations are also required to visit the merchandise shop on weekends!

Q: What days and hours will you offer in-space service?

A: Upon reopening, our new hours will be Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12-5 p.m. Please note, reservations are required and can be made on www.dogfish.com.

Q: Will curbside pick-up continue once the Tasting Room & Kitchen in open for in-space service?

A: Yes. To best serve the greatest number of our off-centered fans, we will continue offering curbside pick-up once we are open for in-space service.

Q: Are you planning to expand your patio/outdoor seating?

A: Yes. To allow for more guests to visit, we have expanded the footprint of our outdoor space to accommodate additional seating. We will also be installing a pop-up can bar outside to provide folks seated outdoors with easier access to our off-centered ales. Please note that our indoor seating is very limited so in the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to honor all reservations. 

Q: Are masks required?

A: Yes. All guests and co-workers must wear a mask or facial covering throughout the Tasting Room & Kitchen space, until they are seated at their reserved tables with their food and beverages. If you do not have a mask on hand, we will have Dogfish Head fandanas available for purchase.

Q: Upon the reopening of the Tasting Room for in-space service, will the Kitchen be open too?

A: Yes. When our Tasting Room reopens for in-space service, we will also reopen our Kitchen with a limited food menu. From the Kitchen, you can expect pizza served by-the-slice, bratwursts, pulled pork sandwiches, a ‘salad of the day’ and a ‘sandwich of the day.’

Q: Will your bar be open?

A: Guests can order food from the kitchen or drinks from the bar. We ask that 1 person from your party places the order at the kitchen and/or bar.

Q: Will tours be available?

A: No. To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and co-workers, we will not be offering tours upon reopening. That said, we are looking forward to resuming our selection of off-centered tours as we progress through the phases of our reopening plan.

Q: Will you be offering contactless ordering and payment for guests physically visiting the brewery?

A: Yes. To limit contact with co-workers, you will have the option to order and pay for your food and drinks through our online ordering platform.

Cleaning & Safety:

Q: Talk about your cleaning and sanitation protocols.

A: We will strictly adhere to the Delaware Department of Health and EHS guidelines for proper cleaning and sanitation practices. In addition to conducting a deep-clean of the Tasting Room before opening each day, we are committed to sanitizing commonly touched surfaces with peroxide-based disinfectant after every guest interaction.

Q: What else are you doing to ensure the comfort and safety of your guests?

A: In addition to enhancing our cleaning and sanitation protocols to adhere to Delaware Department of Health and EHS guidelines, we have installed touchless hand sanitizer machines and purchased touchless ID scanners. We have rearranged all tables and chairs – both inside and outside – to allow for at least 8 feet between parties and have designated specific doors as entrances to and exits from the brewery.

Throughout the space, we have placed an abundance of signage and floor stickers to help with directional flow of guest traffic and show folks where to stand when waiting in lines to properly maintain social distancing guidelines. Within our restrooms, we have replaced all hand dryers with touchless paper towel machines, installed touchless soap dispensers and faucets, and repositioned all garbage cans to be near the restroom exits.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by one of our off-centered co-workers. They will give you the run-down on our ‘house rules’ and will be able to answer any questions you may have. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask – we want to do everything we can to make your visit as awesome as possible!

  • The Dogfish Inn is reopen for business as of Friday, June 12.
