A five course meal with "The Brett Pack" at The Kitchen in Boulder
After a trip to Belgium a few years back, brewing buddies Rob Tod, Sam Calagione, Tomme Arthur, Adam Avery and Vinnie Cilurzo were dubbed "The Brett Pack" for their unabashed love of the wild yeast Brettanomyces. Regardless of what you prefer to call them, these brewers are brewing some very exciting beers these days. All five brewers--antics included--will be on hand for the evening to present their beers (most of which are rarely seen within the State of Colorado). This dinner is a must for any person who calls themselves a beer lover!
