Dogfish Hosts a pre-GIBF Party
Dogfish is harking back to the old days when we hosted beer tastings in a dark basement with a pool table and two dart boards. Well we’re back and for those beer lovers who want an early start to the Great International Beer Fest, stop in at the Wild Colonial for a few pints.
Our main New England man Allen is trying to secure beers that will not be featured at GIBF – Theobroma WILL be one of those beers, come hang with us!

Red & White
A big, belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, and another frac
