Sam Calagione's Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is perhaps the world’s most adventurous brewery. For this class Sam will taste us on all three of his three historical recreations done in collaboration with Dr. Patrick McGovern from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a selection of his more current recipes.
