Dogfish to pour 'Spruce Willis' for Night of the Barrels
Spruce Willis is a malty, hoppy, dark amber ale with a hint of spruce. It was brewed with English Pale, Munich, and Crystal malts and weighs in around 7% abv. Hopped exclusively with Amarillo and spruced up in the serving tank to produce a woodsy, winter warmer. (this is a Brewpub Exclusive beer... get it in Beantown while you can!)
Night of the Barrels is a very special, exclusive, and all inclusive evening of wood-aged beers (from fresh oak to bourbon barrels to wine barrels), guest speaker panel, tasty snacks, complimentary hydration, chance to rub elbows with the industry.
Limited to 500 tickets. $50 per person.
