Join us at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in downtown Rehoboth Beach, DE for one of our popular monthly beer dinners. We create this intimate dinners monthly from October - April. The themed dinners are usually 4-5 courses, each paired with a Dogfish Head beer or spirit. We have lots of fun with these dinners and hope you can join us one night!

Keepin' it fresh... keepin' it local... an organic experience!
First Course: Spinach, Mushroom, Goat Cheese Phyllo Pie (mini Phyllo pies filled with spinach, exotic mushrooms, and goat cheese served with a red pepper coulis)
Second Course: Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers (roasted bell pepper halves stuffed with bulgur wheat, spinach, feta, fresh mint and dill, currants and pine nuts)
Third Course: Trio of lettuce wraps – (A trio of lettuce wraps including Eggplant Tapenade, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Caprese Salad)
Fourth Course: Four Cheese Stuffed Shells with 90 Minute marinara and fried eggplant pinwheels (Homemade shells stuffed with cottage, ricotta, asiago and Parmesan cheeses, fresh herbs, and spinach. Topped with our signature 90 Minute marinara sauce. Served with 2 fried eggplant pinwheels)
Fifth Course: Organic grilled peaches with Raspberry Balsamic Reduction (Pool of balsamic reduction topped with grilled peach half with a dollop of crème fraíche and garnished with mint leaves)

All beer dinners begin at 6:30pm
Cost is $57.00 per person all-inclusice (NEW THIS YEAR - beer dinner prices include gratuity).
