Now, imagine a ton of raspberries fermenting in a giant beer tank.

Dogfish Head Fort is the world's strongest fruit beer at over 18% alcohol.

After the beer is brewed, more than a ton of Oregon and Delaware raspberries are added in small batches as the beer ferments.

This process allows for more of the true berry flavors and aromas to be present in the finished beer.
