He Said Beer, She Said Wine: The Ultimate Taste Off with co-authors Marnie Old, Sam Calagione
Cheese, chocolate, olives, meat; reds, whites, stouts and ales: join a professional wine educator and Dogfish Head’s founder for a walk-around taste-off to settle the age-old debate of which pairs better. Five stations will be set with foods and you’ll get to vote for whether the wine or the beer chosen for that table results in a more palate-pleasing pairing. Marnie and Sam will guide you along in the process, giving you tips and pointers for proper tasting technique, as well as the principles behind a truly great pairing. Grab a friend (or eight!) and head on over for a night of good food, great drinks, and even better debates!
