"He Said Beer, She Said Wine” Book Launch
Nineteen restaurant (XIX) at the Park Hyatt at the Bellevue will host the book launch event for “He Said Beer, She Said Wine,” with authors Marnie Old, wine educator and consultant and Sam Calagione, owner of Dogfish Head Craft Brews. XIX chef Marc Plessis and pastry chef Dan Pino will create the delectable five-course menu. This will be the kick off event to Sam and Marnie’s national tour to promote their hot-off-the-presses book. The evening promises to be a fun competition between wine and beer where the audience gets to vote on which one they think pairs better with each course. At the end of the evening, the winning beverage will be announced. Autographed books will also be available for sale for $35. Reservations are required.
