Craft beer legend Sam Calagione joins Philadelphia's premier wine and beer educator Marnie Old for a thought–provoking beer pairing, as we investigate the food friendliness of this versatile beverage! This course is based on Sam's and Marnie's new book, He Said Beer, She Said Wine: Impassioned Food Pairings to Debate and Enjoy – From Burgers to Brie and Beyond. After learning about each beverage, guests will vote on which pairing works the best.
