1st Course
Jerk Chicken salad
With grilled radishes, grapefruits and tossed in a lime vinaigrette.
Served with a ½ Pint of Black and Blue
2nd Course
Montserrant
Classic Creole Caribbean stew with tomatoes, goat, paypayas and dumplings
Served with a pint of Scotch Ale
3rd Course
Pineapple granite
Served with a Dogfish Head Hurricane
4th Course
Slow Roasted pig with rum glaze and curried exotic fruits over spicy rice
Served with ½ Pint of Baltic Porter
5th Course
Wood grilled Plantains with a peanut butter coconut ice cream.
Served with Brown Honey Rum
New this year (sorry, but we can no longer afford to have no-shows when there are usually people waiting for seats to open up for these dinners): Reservation policy: Full payment in advance is required. We will refund for cancellations with a minimum of 10 day notice. Each pre-paid diner will recieve a ticket. At the dinner, we'll have a drawing for a special Dogfish prize from the ticket stubs!
