First Course
Belgium Endive with herbed goat cheese and toasted pecans. Served with Red & White.
Second Course
Cream of roasted garlic and Portobello soup. Served with Punkin Ale.
Third Course
Pizza of olive oil, wild mushrooms, proscuitto, caramelized onions, and ricotta. Paired with Black & Blue
Fourth Course
Chicago-style Italian Beef Sandwich with mayo, grain mustard, fresh tomato, relish, and provolone. Served with 90 Minute IPA.
Fifth Course
Grilled Hanger Steak with sauteed peppers, mushrooms, red onions, mustard, and red wine vinegar. Served with with Indian Brown Ale.
Sixth Course
Tiramisu Gelato paried with our Raison D'Etre.
