Menu:
Reception: 60 Minute IPA
Appetizer: Sauteed mushroom and goat cheese stuffed strudel served over an asparagus salad with a warm pancetta and morel mushroom sauce. Served with Dogfish Head 2007 Chateau Jiahu.
Small Plate: Smoked sea salt seared diver scallop served over littleneck clams and mussels steamed in fennel-infused Shelter Pale Ale, garnished with local tomatoes and fine herbs, and served with sourdough garlic bread. Served with Dogfish Head 2007 Burton Baton.
Soup: Barley Wort soup with whole pearled barley, wort simmered vegetables and strips of tender veal cutlets.
Intermezzo: Dogfish Head Raspberry Sorbetto
Entree: Grilled Ribeye steak served with Dogfish Head Chicory Stout demi-glace, broiled gorgonzola sliced tomatoes, baby zucchini and patty pan squash salad and whipped parsnips. Served with Dogfish Head 2006 Immort Ale.
Dessert: Chocolate ricotta Bavarian with caramel cashew crunch gelato. Served with Dogfish Head 2006 World Wide Stout.
