New this year (sorry, but we can no longer afford to have no-shows when there are usually people waiting for seats to open up for these dinners): Reservation policy: Full payment in advance is required. We will refund for cancellations with a minimum of 10 day notice. Each pre-paid diner will recieve a ticket. At the dinner, we'll have a drawing for a special Dogfish prize from the ticket stubs!

Served with a pint of Indian Brown Ale

Classic patês & crustinis with a little Dogfish twist

Wood Grilled Scallop
With a vanilla bean beurre blanc
Served with a pint of 90 Minute IPA
 
4th Course
Duck Confit
With an herb crepe and Demi glace
Served with a ½ pint of Red & White
 
5th Course
Red and White Poached Pear
Stuffed with cinnamon mascarpone cheese, topped with toasted pistachios and then drizzled with a pinot noir coulis
Served with a ½ pint of Black & Blue
