Saffron & White Truffle Chicken
Topped with goat cheese, purple basil all served on traditional Indian bread
Served with ½ Pint of Chateau Jiahu
4th Course
Jumbo Shrimp Glazed with Sweet Chili Coconut
With Thai herb rice noodle cake and a three curry sauce
Served with ½ Pint of 90 Minute IPA

Chinese Egg roll with Mango and Rice Pudding
Topped with a blueberry salsa

New this year (sorry, but we can no longer afford to have no-shows when there are usually people waiting for seats to open up for these dinners): Reservation policy: Full payment in advance is required. We will refund for cancellations with a minimum of 10 day notice. Each pre-paid diner will recieve a ticket. At the dinner, we'll have a drawing for a special Dogfish prize from the ticket stubs!
