I had the 60 minute IPA (after bottling my very first batch of homebrew) and Midas Touch (celebrating the Patriots playoff avoidance of defeat) over the weekend - first time for each and I enjoyed both immensely. I went back and got some more Midas for a friend who brews mead...he should find it interesting and needs to taste this elevated product!
In reading some reviews in different places (after consumption), I see some saying that both of these products were cloudy. I found the clarity of both to be exceptional - sparkling clear. I wouldn;t say I poured gently.
Just curious what the expectation is - cloudy or not, or does it vary? Since they were both delicious I don't really care, just find the confusion (from reviews)...umm...confusing.
