I've been reading Sam's book "Brewing up a Business" (great read so far) and there was a story about how Sam used to assemble the tap handles carved by a local artist with the metal thread components and labels. Are there any of these still in circulation? It would be a lot more worthwhile to have one of these for my tap handle collection than one of the over priced steam-punk handles people are hawking for hundreds on eBay, as it symbolizes the humble beginnings of the brewery.
Anyone have leads on where to get one of these? Your feedback is greatly appreciated! :)
