

I have a keg of Dogfish 60 min. I bought 6 weeks ago (the born on label says 8/8/11). How long does it stay fresh? Do you know why it seems to be getting thick-heavy, stronger and harder to drink (similar to the higher number minute IPA's)? I keep the kegerator around 34 degrees and the CO2 psi around 7-9%. Love your products. My favorite beer!
