So my wish has come true! A local supermarket that provides craft beers in growlers finally has 120 minute IPA! But there is an issue. They are only selling it in Pint growlers, and they are going go carbonate it with a beer gun, hoping to make it last longer.
Here is my question; Should I just skip the added carbonation and enjoy the 120 minute fresh? Or will it do well and still be just as tastey a few weeks from now if I want to save a few? (Hint: I want to save a few but I don't want to if the carbonation is going to mess with the taste)
