....Ontario that is. I was at the opening night celebration of the Gambrinus Bistro in London Ont last night and the boys brought out a brand new Randal to hook up to some milder locl crafted lager they had on tap. A nice chunk of raw honey and a good wad of Amerillo hop cones went in the infusion chamber and out the other end came an earthy hoppy golden elixir. LIke a happy meal for hop heads.
As an engineer I was impressed at how simple the Randall design was, how easy it was to install, and what great results you get with it. Man It's cheap enough I could run one on my HB corney keg system.

Hello. There was an event at the Common Table here in Dallas Texas this past Saturday (Mar 26th). They had 13 taps including a 90 Minute Randall. I believe they put Willamette and Cascade hops on it. The other 12 taps were the 60, 90, Indian Brown Ale, Palo Santo Marron, Midas Touch, Raison D'Etre, Bitches Brew, Aprihop, Burton Baton, Red & White, Chateau Jiahu and Namaste. It was a phenomenal success. They actually did a trial run on Tuesday with just one variety of hops. I talked about it in the Facebook page for the drinking club I started here in Dallas.
