

These are delciious and simple to make. I recommend enjoying them with a strong and robust beer like an imperial stout or the Palo Santo.
Brownie Ingredients:
Unsweetened Chocolate: 2oz
Bittersweet Chocolate: 5oz
Butter 10oz (1 1/4 cup)
Eggs (room temp) 4 each
Sugar: 9oz
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Extract: 1 1/2 tsp
Flour: 4oz
Cheesecake Ingredients:
Cream Cheese: 1 block of Philadelphia regular (8oz)
Vanilla Extract: 1/4 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 cups
Brownies:
- Melt Chocolate and butter over double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler you can use a metal mixing bowl over a pot, that's what I did. Worked fine.
- Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla gently (Do not beat... like you do a woman when she back talks)
- Blend egg mixture into chocolate mixture
- Fold in the flour
- Line baking pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.
- Set to side
Cheesecake mix:
- Put cream cheese in microwave safe bowl and add 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract.
- Put in microwave for 30 seconds.
-Mix until creamy and smooth.
- Dollop onto the brownies and whatever pattern you want
- Use knife to mix around for desired marbling effect
- Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes.
