

We're having a little west coast IPA fest, with 120, 90 and 60, Pliny's The Elder, Ballsat Point Sculpin, and the Stone green tea IPA.
Any suggestions on the food that would showcase the 120 (and others) the best?
Ribs?
Pulled pork sandwiches?
More beer?
bacon burgers?

okay, burgers of any kind are great with beer.. so is seafood and of course any version of any kind of steak you can think of.
having had all the ipa's you mentioned. i would go with a lighter fare for the 60 and 90 min ipa's and a heavier meat for the 120. mainly cuz after you drink a few you may need the calories to hold down the alcohol content.
