Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Whole Milk
12 oz WWS
1) Whisk eggs until light and fluffy (~2 minutes)
2) Add sugar and brown sugar a little at a time whisking constantly until well blended (about one minute after last of sugar is added)
3) Add Milk and Cream and whisk to combine.
4) Add WWS and whisk to fully combine.
5) Chill ice cream mixture for at least 5 hours on lower shelf of refrigerator. Churn in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions, except you will want to increase churning time by 25-50% as the alcohol in the beer will lower the freezing point of the mixture. If you are experienced with your ice cream maker, you will be able to use your judgment to determine when your ice cream is finished. Remove ice cream from churning bowl and place in freezer until ready to serve. Because of the alcohol, the ice cream will not fully harden and will be easy to scoop.
