This is the most rocking chili bread you can possibly make if you ask me. I used quite a bit more peppers then it said and used fresh, don't use the canned just ain't right.
JalapeoBeer Bread
4-1/4 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can beer at room temp
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 four oz. cans chopped jalapenos
Mix everything in a large bowl and allow the mix to rest for about five
minutes while oven pre-heats to 375 degrees. Divide dough evenly and
place in two greased loaf pans Bake at 375 degrees until done - about
45 minutes to 1 hour. Check with toothpick or knife to come out clean.
Remove from pan and cool. A large loaf may come out undercooked in the
middle with a burnt top so divide into two loafs.
