This was a statement made by a distributor at a beer tasting and I am in the midst of a small debate about this... If anyone knows, please advise!
Not sure I am clear about what the Distributor was saying, but we package only a teeny, tiny fraction of our beers in casks. If our intention was for all Dogfish beers to be served from a cask, then we'd be making a lot more casks and a lot less bottles and kegs.
