

My wife and I are home brewers, and it kills us to throw away the spent grains from the mash, and the left-over wort in the primary fermentor. I would be interested to hear if any one has a use for these items that are the waste products of our brewing efforts. Currently, we just compost them. Anybody have any ideas?

I throw mine into a compost pile. I know others who use a portion of the grains to bake bread, and still others who bake dog biscuits!
