I'm reading the Dogfish email newsletter this morning. It is talking about Sixty-One, which is a beer/wine hybrid. The article references other hybrids and lists Raison D'etr as a hybrid. I took another look at the Raison description on the site, and viewed Sam's video about it. Both reference raisins, beets etc, and mention that it's complexity is similar to wine, but no mention of a hybrid. So is it really a hybrid, or does it just have wine like quarlities? Thanks.
