I just picked up a bottle of Birra Etrusca Bronze and I was wondering if this would be a good candidate to age.
On a few other Dogfish Head brews, I've seen part of the description on the label say something along the lines of, "This one ages with the best of 'em," but this does not appear on this bottle.
While I know it is 8.5% ABV, which should make it a decent candidate for aging (@ least in general), it also sounds like it has a lot going on in terms of pomegranates & their juice, grapes, apples, etc., so I thought it might be better to drink fresh.
So, as far as this one goes, better to drink fresh, or okay to give a little aging a try? Thank you!

Generally, I think you're right, morse.travis. The fruit flavors will be best fresh. Age one and let us know what you think. Cheers!
I think I will, I'll let you know, thanks!
