Hi there! I am a homebrewer in Tennessee and miss the fact that Dogfish Head no longer distributes to my home state! However, I had a Namaste and absolutely loved the beer. I would love to recreate it. How much lemongrass would you recommend adding for a 5 gallon batch, and when? Any other suggestions for an all-grain homebrewer looking to recreate Namaste? Thanks!
