Well im aspiring for a micrpbrewery in west texas. I might as well be called a fool for trying to compete with the big dogs. But thats the dream, anywho, I bought a starter kit just to test the waters and voala!! I enjoyed making it. Its still my first batch, tomorrow I bottle it and wait for it to be carbonized, i think thats how you call it. So far im saving money to buy a 15 gallon pot and the such. F.Y.I i still need everything =,(. So my question was how many licenses am I going to need? how big of a working space am I going to need etc.... preatty much where do I begin? just so i know what to be looking for once i brew my perfect ale. Am i getting ahead of myself?
There is this guy I know who owns a beer depot, and I also know this bartender who is friends whith the owner, they are just waiting on me.. I guess thats a start.

Hi, Arturo. Good luck with your first batch. Hope it turns out well.
Where to begin? Well, brew a bunch of batches, mess around, have fun with it. Read beer forums, head out and talk to people who are passionate about craft beer, discover what you love (and what you don't love).
Step by step, you'll find your way. Cheers, and good luck!
