Howdy all,

My friends down in Wilmington, OH have final caught the craze and we are going to expand on to their existing restraunt/hotel and starting a small brew pub. I need help finding manufacturerwhich makes1-2 barrel production size units. We will be brewing in the newly renovated basement, also upstairs in the banquet room we will be converting one side into a bar where we plan to have beer tastings along with brewing classes. The idea is for people to come in and have a dinner while we brew for them and teach them about the process as well as all the complexities andfun things about beer,a few weeks later they will be allowed to come and get the beer they watched being made. For this we need 5-10 gallon equipment that will be on display when not being used. The hotel had a speak-easy during prohibition and is decked out with antiques so we also would like to use copper kettles for the brewing dinners. If anyone knows of anyplace who sells things like this I would be GREATLY appericated. We are already looking at Blichmann Eng for a 1 barrel capacity unit but I would like to have something with a little more room for growth. The height of the basement is the biggest limiting factor and so I doubt we could go more then 2-2.5 barrels. If it takes off we would have to move off site. Anyway I've been brewing for a few years now and LOVE IT but after watching Sam and the gang on Brewmasters as well as reading his book. We decided we wanted to go for it, Wilmington, OH got hit pretty hard with the economic crash of the past few years and so we really want to give the community something to be proud of, so again any help would be GREAT.

Thanks,

Rob
