I just picked up my first and only bottle of 120 IPA and want to know how to best store it for future enjoyment? thanks for any help
It depends on the temp. in the fridge you keep it in. If its real cold, the ageing process will be a lot slower. You can convert a mini fridge into a wine cooler so it stays around 50-60 degrees. I think it was posted on here before.
Store it in a basement around 55-60 degrees, and have it standing up not on its side.
Hope this helps.
and if you don't have a basement??
I live in Arizona, so the beers pretty much need to go right in the refrigerator. I have a separate fridge for my alcohol, but curious if this is sufficient for storing aging the beers?
