All of the DFH sixtels I was browsing for had a date stamped on top. Is this date when the beer was brewed, when it was kegged, or something else?
Also, how long after this stamped date is an untapped keg good for? I wanted a keg but it was stamped March 2010 so I didn't know if it'd be good anymore.
Any help would be kindly appreciated.

It was Burton Baton stamped March 2010.
There was also palo santo from August 2010.
The other brews like 60/90 IPA were much more recent like December.
What kind of guidelines would you recommend for the untapped kegs?
That would all depend on which of our brews your were browsing. Which brew would be the one in question?
