So I went into my local brew shop / beer store, and I saw the great selection of Dog Fish Beer. They had a lot of the specialty and seasonal beers that tend to be harder to find. When I was looking at the Red & White, I saw that one of them was missing the top Dog Fish oval sticker and decided to look at it. To my close inspection, I realized that it was bottled in 2007, which happens to be a first run bottle.
My question is, given that this bottle is nearly 4 years old, is this still a great brew to be buying and drinking? Would this be a great purchase to buy and age it? And how long can we expect this beer to be good for?
