I recently purchased a 1/2 keg of 60 Minute IPA for my kegerator. If kept cold, how long will this keg last? It is just my wife and I and I dont want to waste anything.
I was at StateLine liquors in Elkton, MD and they had a sixtel of Burton Baton and I was about to buy it but the date was from March 2010 so that scared me off.
How old will an untapped keg be good for? Could I have safely bought this keg of Burton? I wanted to be certain because it's very expensive.
Once you tap it, I'd recommend enjoying it within a month.
