I am a longtime craft beer lover and homebrewer. I recently found out that I have Celiac disease and have to start with a gluten free diet. (I'm going to hold off starting it until my lastest IPA keg is empty) Is there any good gluten free beer out there, and does anyone have any familiarity with homebrewing the stuff? I know of the extract method using sorghum syrup, but I would like to stay with all grain brewing.
Any help please?
p.s. I would loooooove to see Dogfish come out with one......(hint, hint)

Try and find "Green's" out of Belgium. It can be had to find if you're not in a major city. They make a dozen gluten free ales which are very good; however, only 3 are available in the US. The three available are their Blonde, Amber and Dark.
I know some of our brewers have discussed doing a small batch of gluten-free beer at our brewpub, but there is currently no plans to brew a gluten free beer at the production brewery.
Cheers, Mariah
