Hey I have been talking with one of my Friends about brewing a honeysuckle beer, adn I starting wondering if Dogfish had every tried using real honeysuckle flowers to do this? I really wanted to attemp to brew one this spring once the flowers bloom. I didn't however at what point should I had them. Really we're just going for the honeysuckle smell. I thought maybe at flameout, or maybe in a secondaryin hopesthe alcohol would stirp the oils from the flowers. Any ideas would be a great help.
