

Hey there!
I'm getting ready to make a Pilsner that my friend bought thinking he was going to get into home brewing too. Well he never came over to make it and decided to just give me the kit. I'm not a pilsner fan. So to offset the pilsner flavor I've decided to Add some dehydrated raspberries (and maybe real vanilla beans). has anyone worked with dehydrated fruit before? Any pointers would be appreciated.
