I emailed you but have not recieved any contact back, I am going to try and call on Monday also, but I put in and order on Wednesday 12/15/10 and chose spend $15 more dollars to recieve the 2 day air shipment to assure that it would be here before Christmas, but when I log in and click my orders under status it says need reprocessing. I hope you can help, this order is a Christmas gift! :/
